When are you shipping?
For small order quantity, we shall arrange delivery once the payment being received; for large order quantity, usually we can arrange delivery within one week.
When can I receive the goods?
After delivery, we will send you a tracking number for your inquiry; we will also send you an email to inform you of the status of the shipment.
How do you ship?
We usually send goods via DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS etc. If you have an agent in China, it's also ok for us.
How to pay?
We accept 100% payment before shipment. You can pay by T/T, Western Union, Paypal, MoneyGram etc.
How is your warranty?
We offer one year warranty for the handpiece, half a year for accessories such as battery etc. Double checking before shipping. We have qualified inspector checking finished products when goods are sent to the warehouse and rechecking before shipping.
Are we visiting the factory?
Of course, we will make a detailed timetable before you visit, and we will serve you all the time.
