When are you shipping?
For small order quantity, we shall arrange delivery once the payment being received; for large order quantity, usually we can arrange delivery within one week.

When can I receive the goods?
After delivery, we will send you a tracking number for your inquiry; we will also send you an email to inform you of the status of the shipment.

We usually send goods via DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS etc. If you have an agent in China, it is also acceptable to us.

How is your warranty?
We offer one year warranty for the handpiece, half a year for accessories such as battery etc. We do double checking before shipping. We have qualified inspectors checking finished products when goods are sent to the warehouse and rechecking before shipping.
